We adopted this smoothie recipe from our friends at Gaidarakos. An excellent and healthy smoothie for the summer.

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the yogurt, in a blender
  2. Add the yogurt and mix again
  3. Enjoy in a glass with crushed iceEnjoy!
