A traditional Greek dish for the 25th of March!
Instructions for the fish
- In a non-stick pan add enough oil and set it at high heat to use for frying (not need for much oil, you will not deep fry)
- Cut the cod in large pieces and add salt on both sides
- Throw some flour on them, pass them through the egg and then to the mixture of breadcrumbs/sesame making sure the whole surface of the fillet is covered
- When the oil is ready, fry them from the one side till they get golden brown and then turn them to the other side.
Instructions for the garlic dip
- Boil the potatoes till they get soft and fully cooked
- Remove the skin and cut them in pieces
- Put them in a blender with the garlic cloves and mix at high speed. Slowly add the olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
- Continue till all the ingedients are well mixed
Serve with greens and oven potatoes (we suggest to drizzle the potatoes with Olea Gold and Olea sea salt w/ paprika). Enjoy!
