Mushrooms à la crème

Ingredients
White mushrooms
1/3 cup Olea organic EVOO
4 Tbsp of all purpose flour
3 cups of whole milk
Parsley
Olea sea salt and pepper
Recipe Execution
Wash 2 lbs of white mushrooms and slice them, add Olea sea salt and pepper and let them dry.
In a pot add 1/3 cup Olea organic EVOO
Add 4 Tbsp of all purpose flour
Mix very well till the olive oil is well incoroprated in the flour
Add 3 cups of whole milk and mix well
Put the pot on the stove at low heat and continue mixing till thick consistency
Add the mushrooms, till everything becomes thick and creamy
When ready add some parsley for garnish
Enjoy!
