Oak Flower Honey
Our Greek oak honey is a deep dark color honey, harvested in a Natura 2000 protected biogeographical region. This is a very aromatic, intense and caramel-like honey.
Research by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki proves the beneficial action of Greek honey and especially oak honey. The well-known manuka honey did not have such antioxidant action as Greek honey. In particular, the research showed that honey with the most antioxidant action was honey from oak.
