A very easy recipe to make olive tapanede!!
- 1 cup of Olea Kalamon (kalamata) olives, or Olea Sliced Kalamon (kalamata) olives
- 1 cup of Olea Green Cracked (tsakistes) olives
- 3 tablespoons Olea Gold EVOO
- Remove the pits from the olives.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until relatively finely chopped.
