Ingredientsolive salsa

  • 3 ounces Olea Green Cracked olives, pitted
  • 3 ounces Olea Kalamon olives, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons Olea Goid EVOO
  • 3 tomatoes on the vine, cut in half
  • 1 white onion, cut in large pieces
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped serrano peppers, cleaned and seeded
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 5 drops of smoked tabasco
  • cilantro to taste and a splash of lime



Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor several times and enjoy!!
