• 1 lb romaine lettuce
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 bundle of radishes sliced (7 to 8)
  • Olea Gold EVOO
  • white balsamic vinegar
  • salt, pepper, Olea oregano, ground mustard powder


Oil-Vinegar Dressing Instructions

  1. 2 parts Olea EVOO
  2. 1 part white balsamic vinegar
  3. Small amount of salt, pepper, Greek oregano, ground mustard powder


Salad Instructions

  1. Chop up romaine lettuce into thin strips
  2. Slice radishes, green onions and dill
  3. Combine in a bowl
  4. Drizzle oil vinegar dressing
  5. Enjoy!!
