  • 12 oz pitted Olea green cracked olives
  • 1 bulb fennel, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olea Gold organic EVOO
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or pepper flakes)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp orange peel, finely chopped

 

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the food processor, pulse till a thick paste is formed.
